Destination Tea’s “10 Months of Giveaways”: November Prize #1

To celebrate our 10th Birthday, Destination Tea is giving back to the tea community, with monthly gifts from March through December. For November, we will have two giveaways, the first being a beautiful tea advent calendar from Seattle-based Enchanted Teas.

In founding Enchanted Teas, Rini Choudhury continues the art of tea blending she first learned in her grandmother’s kitchen in Dhanbad, India. Her tea company’s mission is to create luxurious blends that delight the senses and do some good along the way, for example, by sourcing ingredients from women farmers in India. Sourced from India, China, Taiwan and Hawaii, Enchanted Teas come in tubes printed with hand painted Indian art by Saket Mehendale. The teas are sold online and in their Seattle shop at Pacific Place, 600 Pine Street, 2nd floor.

One winner wins:  The Enchanted Teas Tea Advent Calendar, valued at $69.99. With a holiday afternoon tea scene on its cover, this advent calendar will be a beautiful addition to your holiday decorations. Behind 24 little doors await 12 blends (2 corn silk bags of each), blended and packed by hand in Seattle. Each bag brews 2 cups, so you get 48 cups of floral, fruit and classic teas, some caffeine-free. Open one door a day this season and make yourself a cup or two, or share with a tea friend.

3. Visit www.enchanted-teas.com and leave a comment telling us which blend you’d most like to try.
4. Tag a friend who loves tea.

BONUS Entries: one additional entry for every friend you tag, and if you’re in Seattle, when you stop by Enchanted Teas’ Pacific Place shop and say you entered.
