Brooklyn Brainery offered this virtual class taught by Laura Scheck of Ossining, NY's Teaching Table for only $29 per device. We learned it certainly helps to do this class with multiple chefs in the kitchen because in two hours we made six recipes, plus tea!

We feel thankful that the summer season allows for outdoor seating, and are seeing many tearooms expanding their patio dining areas to allow for tables to be spaced 6 feet apart, like our "home" teahouse in Norcross, Georgia. We went to Ivy Tea House last week to experience their Seasonal Summer and Southern Brunch tea menus, both of which are SO delicious!
