I host a ‘Black Hat Tea’ every October. One year I made bones and skulls from sugar to add to the sugar cubes at each table. They would fit right in with your party. A cameo mold would make charming sugars, as well. Just add a few drops of water (or flavored extracts) to sugar until it is the consistency of damp sand. Press into molds, turn out onto a cookie sheet, and allow to dry.
