Their teas are all incredibly delicous and the flavors are interesting and unique. They also have a huge variety and they have a rewards program too. The teas are sort of expensive but since you can steep some of them 8 or 9 times easy since the quality is that good, they end up being very affordable actually.

They served me a pancake with hummus on top on what was supposed to be the scone tray. šŸ˜³ In addition, the food is often dry and you can find some reviews that say that. Please don't go there! I've had afternoon tea at The Ritz in London, the Empress Hotel in Victoria, and over 20 other venues in North America during the last 15 years. Most the reviews you will read are positive, but that's because people around here absolutely do not understand what it's supposed to be served at afternoon tea. The place is run by the same lady who owns a local dinner spot, and I think she believes that an afternoon tea tray can just have small portions of any sort of food that suits your fancy. My daughter, granddaughter, niece, and I had a wonderful high tea today. The owner, Erica, explained everything to us. There was ample food, and the blue butterfly lemonade was delicious and beautiful. Everything was perfect.
