Her choices of decor, scones, and other goodies on the menu, to the curated tea selection made this the ultimate tea house destination on LI.

Once she left the picture, service went downhill. From what I understand most if not all of the kitchen staff were retained, so the scones and such maintained their same excellent quality. My wedding reception under the new owner, Melissa was not executed as discussed and the quality of the food was not as it was with Emma.

Thank you for taking the time to write this post about Chat Noir. Happy you and your company had a good time. A shame we lost this gem.
